This event is a one woman play written and performed by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in addiction. The play explores the lives of five people impacted by substance use disorder and their experiences in treatment, in the community, and the healthcare setting.
Intended audienceThe training is intended for a multidisciplinary audience, those who work in the addiction field as well as those who do not are invited to attend.

This no-cost course reviews topics covered in the certification exam for addictions nursing and is intended to support nurses preparing to sit for the exam.
Intended audienceRegistered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, with experience treating patients with addiction, who intend to sit for the CARN or CARN-AP exam.

As part of the twice-monthly MA OBAT ECHO series, Raagini Jawa, MD, MPH, will present a didactic entitled "Addressing Misconceptions of Harm Reduction." The didactic will be followed by a related de-identified patient case presentation from an ECHO participant along with recommendations from the panel of experts and attendees.
Intended audienceNurse practitioners (NP), medical doctors (MD), nurses (LPN/RN), social workers (LCSW/LICSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC), Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor (CADC), Community Health Workers (CHW), recovery coaches, counselors, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)

This one-hour training prepares nurses and other medical professionals to use long-acting injectable buprenorphine (Sublocade) in addiction treatment.
Intended audienceAttendance is required for all OBAT nurses and MAs who work in a DPH/BSAS funded STATE OBOT program. All others working with patients on injectable buprenorphine are welcome and encouraged to attend.

This 8-hour course prepares nurses and other medical staff to manage office-based addiction treatment with buprenorphine and naltrexone.
Intended audienceNurses and other clinical staff providing treatment for substance use disorders in an office-based setting.
2:00 pm – 3:30 pm ET
Recovery Coach Chat Live is a monthly drop-in session focused on a topic pertinent to recovery, substance use, and/or recovery coaching.
