A drop-in session, open to all those working in an addiction treatment setting. Includes a short presentation of a pertinent topic related to COVID-19 and SUD and time to obtain input and support on challenging cases and overarching issues related to the pandemic.

Description

This drop-in session is open to all clinical and non-clinical addiction treatment staff across the country. It will include a short didactic presentation on a topic related to COVID-19 and its influence on SUD care, a chance to get input on your cases, and an opportunity to support eachother during this uncertain time.This will be a shared discussion on the various strategies care teams are using to support patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Thursday, May 28th, Leena Mittal, MD, Chief of the Division of Women's Mental Health at Brigham and Women's Hospital and an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, will be presenting on: COVID-19 and Maternal Mental Health.
