Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) must complete 24 hours of specialized training to obtain a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine—an eight-hour Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) X-Waiver training course plus an additional 16 hours of training. Participants will be able to:
Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (DPH/BSAS), Providers Clinical Support System (PCSS), and Boston Medical Center Office Based Addiction Treatment and Technical Assistance (BMC OBAT TTA).
