Recovery Coach Chat Live is a drop-in session open to recovery coaches and peer support specialists around the country. Sessions begin with a short presentation on a topic related to recovery, substance use, and/or recovery coaching, followed by time for speaker Q&A and group discussion.
The topic for this month's session is: Know Your Recoverees' Rights
Gregory J. Dorchak, Assistant United States Attorney, will join us to speak about federal civil rights protections for individuals with substance use disorder under legislation such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.
